At Worldline NZ (formerly known as Paymark), we know that our secret sauce is our amazing team of 200+ passionate individuals!Key Responsibilities:Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside the PX team and global HR community to operationalise our people and culture agenda.Trusted Advisor: Provide generalist HR advice and support across all levels of the organisation, becoming a go-to resource for leaders and employees around performance, development, ER.Compensation & Benefits Expertise: Deliver best practice support in compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with business needs and in collaboration with our Global C&B team.Capability Building: Foster leadership and employee capability through targeted initiatives and coaching.Operational Excellence: Drive the effective delivery of all operational HR activities and support the team with recruitment efforts as needed.Change Management & Employment Relations: Leverage your experience to guide leaders through change processes and employment relations cases and coach and mentor the wider PX team in this space.What We're Looking For:We're seeking a seasoned HR generalist with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering impactful results.
