Drive world-class People & Culture initiatives for our business Provide HR advice to our New Zealand business Auckland | Tamaki Makaurau Reporting into the Director of People, Pacific, this role focuses on providing exceptional HR operational support and business partnering for our New Zealand business. You will be a trusted advisor to our people and managers, guiding them on all aspects of the people lifecycle. The Opportunity: Provide employee relations and industrial relations support and guidance, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement counselling. Deliver annual cyclical programs including goal setting, performance reviews, merit, and succession planning. Support leaders with people-related data and reports in relation to annual budget, cost management and business planning activities. Coordinate and lead engagement survey activities. Work closely with Learning & Development (L&D) ensuring programs are developed to address knowledge gaps and future skill requirements. Work closely with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team to drive inclusion strategies. About you: A highly experienced HR professional with demonstrated experience in a HR business partnering role, preferably within a multi-national professional services organisation. Human Resources or related qualifications. Strong knowledge of effective HR functions including those related to attraction and retention, career pathing, development of organisational culture, and exit strategies. An ability to understand the needs of the business and provide commercial HR solutions and business partnering services. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels within the organisation. What's in it for you?
