Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity As a Senior HR Advisor, you will partner with leaders across a diverse portfolio to provide effective, efficient, and professional HR Advisory services. Your role as a trusted advisor, business coach, and influencer will be critical in supporting leaders to make strategic people decisions while ensuring the tactical management of people issues.
You will guide leaders on a range of HR matters and bring confidence and experience to lead employment relations (ER) and change management processes. As our Senior HR Advisor cohort grows, this role offers an ideal environment for professional development and collaborative support across a large team.

Qualifications
Nga Pukenga Motuhake | Important Skills Five years of experience as a generalist HR AdvisorCurrent knowledge of NZ employment legislation and demonstrated experience managing ER processes from start to finishDemonstrated experience in supporting change management processes end to endUnderstanding of how human resource practices enhance organisational effectiveness, culture and engagementExperience managing HR processes, advising on policy and procedures, and associated administrationAn understanding of cultural competencies that support effective engagement with Maori and Pacific communities is desirableQualifications: A tertiary qualification, or an HR Professional qualification (may be working towards one)Experience in the tertiary sector or large, complex organisations would be an advantage
