Check us out here: Are you Tracksuit's new Senior Growth Marketing Manager? You'll take full ownership of our paid customer acquisition campaigns & building a best in class performance marketing programme that supercharges Tracksuit to deliver on our ambitious global objectives. You'll be constantly experimenting with new advertising channels, optimising marketing performance & driving awareness with our ICP via best in class ABM campaigns. You'll build scale in our organic search traffic, and be responsible for driving conversion rates on our website into enriched, qualified leads. You will also work closely with our Design and Product Marketing teams to develop high performing creative and messaging that attracts, engages and converts our ideal customers at scale. As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager you will be responsible for: Paid marketing optimisation: Build high-impact paid marketing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads, focusing on maximising ROI and scaling customer acquisition. Lead a modern ABM campaign approach to identify and reach ICP customers across all markets. Develop a strong testing framework to introduce new strategies and channels to efficiently build awareness and engagement with our ICP audience. SEO performance: Refine and scale our organic search presence to capture high intent audiences and share of search, with a focus on a modern AI-driven search landscape. Website optimisation: Own and execute tactical improvements to our website to maximise data capture, improve customer UX and convert inbound traffic into leads. Creative Optimisation: Work with our Design, Product Marketing and Content teams to develop engaging creative assets and messaging to bring to life our Tracksuit brand and product. That's the role, so who are you? You'll be an experienced Growth Marketing Manager and will come with 7+ years of experience in a the same or similar role, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment. You'll have outstanding analysis and reporting skills, working with datasets to understand performance, optimise campaigns, drive decision-making, and measure outcomes. A collaborative team player who's able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and work closely with people across the business to get the best results. You'll have experience in a rapidly growing environment; given Tracksuit's growth trajectory, you'll be comfortable forging a path forward amongst a little ambiguity.
