Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the business to create budgets, forecasts, and reports for business initiatives that fulfil both local and group-wide requirements.Deliver high quality, accurate and on-time reporting, insights and analytics.Identify financial opportunities, risks, and initiatives to enhance business profitability and implement mitigation strategies.Maintain and strengthen engagement with a broad community of stakeholders.Lead and support productivity initiatives in Financial Services while providing expertise and guidance to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.What do I need to be successful?Proficient in Excel with advanced data manipulation and analysis skills.Demonstrated experience in engaging and managing stakeholders effectively.Advanced analytical abilities, capable of working with complex data to generate meaningful insights.Strong problem-solving skills, adept at navigating and resolving challenges in complex environments.Excellent written and presentation skills, with confidence in presenting to and communicating effectively with senior management.Working for ASB:In return, you will work for an organisation that places huge importance and focus on its people, where the sky is the limit for development and career opportunities.
