This role will offer a unique opportunity to define, lead and shape reporting in this area. You will work at the forefront of ESG and sustainability, driving impactful changes within our organisation. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our reporting meets international standards and reflects emerging sustainability themes. You will:Coordinate and enhance the preparation of Genesis' Greenhouse Gas and ESG reporting.Ensure accurate representation of ESG data across external reports.Manage external assurance of ESG data efficiently.Conduct research and provide insights and recommendations on ESG-related matters.Promote understanding and oversee the collection of ESG indicators across the business.Play a critical role in the preparation of our Climate related disclosures.About youWe are seeking a proactive professional with a passion for sustainability and ESG reporting. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and possess a curious mindset with a keen eye for detail, capable of critically reviewing and providing insights and recommendations based on data, and effectively collaborating with stakeholders across all levels within Genesis.Our ideal candidate will also have:A relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, legal, or sustainability-focused discipline.Experience in ESG/sustainability reporting, preferably in a corporate environment.Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-standard outputs on time.Strong experience in data analysis and reporting.About our benefitsAt Genesis, we value your wellbeing and your contribution to our team.
