Kei a koe te mana I The choice is yours As our Senior ER Manager, Quality & Continuous Improvement you'll be responsible for overseeing the employee relations case management lifecycle and frameworks within which the Oceania ER Team operate. You will also be responsible for ensuring an exceptional employee relations experience at EY Oceania through enhancing the quality of team and individual delivery and regular upskilling on employee relations knowledge and application as well as: Contribute to the ideation and development of employee relations strategic priorities and initiatives for Oceania, including leading and contributing to employee relations strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery expectations are met as agreed. Maintain oversight and provide expert guidance on internal employee relations policies, processes, and frameworks, including those associated with managing risk, jurisdictional delegations of power and case outcome approval requirements. Monitor, assess and identify gaps or changes across the internal and external ER landscape, making sure these are understood and planned for, including reviewing, and delivering changes to policy and processes as required. Oversee and monitor ER case management practices and steerage, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of a framework to measure the success of ER case outcomes and application of consistent key performance indicators for employee relations case management. Identify opportunities to transform employee relations processes and delivery through the use of automation and AI technologies, presenting recommendations to the ER Leadership Team and taking a leading role to design and implement solutions. Build and maintain relationships across the Firm to effectively execute on work and build the Oceania ER Team brand as an ER CoE, including managing expectations and revalidation of the Oceania ER Team scope of services across all jurisdictions, with no Service Line or Geography alignment. Graduate and/or Post Graduate qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Law, or other related fields. 10+ years' experience in employee relations. Demonstrated ability to lead and coach others to enhance delivery, team collaboration and engagement. Demonstrated process improvement experience. Deep understanding of employee relations practices across all Oceania jurisdictions (Australia, New Zealand, PNG and Fiji) desired, with an ability to quickly upskill and learn new jurisdictions. Foundational understanding of governance, risk management and compliance frameworks as they relate to employee relations. Communication and influencing skills with the ability to work with stakeholders and leaders across various levels and teams.
