Our client, in Whangarei, requires a Drainage Supervisor for an immediate start to join their expanding team.

Your skills will complement our awesome team of plumbers, gas fitters, and drainlayers. You will have a strong knowledge of drainage systems and installation methods, including pipe sizes, grades, and materials. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to run jobs independently, supervising our team to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard and on time.

To thrive in this role, you will: Hold a current NZ PGDB license
Hold a full NZ driver license
Have experience running multiple teams of drainlayers (across multiple jobs), including training apprentices
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and job specifications, and be competent in the completion of job-related paperwork
Great verbal and written communication skills
Great time management skills to ensure goals and deadlines are met
Have excellent customer service
Be self-motivated
Have good health & safety knowledge / awareness
NZ work permit
Pass a pre-employment medical and drug test
Experience with producing quotes is desirable, but not essential
