As a Senior Digital Producer at Daylight, you have a key part to play in helping us to continue to deliver world-class digital products. This position is not only about managing projects but also continuously thinking about how we can set the team up in the best way to enable the delivery of transformative and cutting-edge digital products and solutions.

This role is about setting the standard for how we deliver our integrated projects, as well as delivering day-to-day digital projects. A crucial aspect is the timely and regular management of and engagement with the SLT team throughout these projects.

Deliverables of the role
Project leadership and delivery:

Demonstrated ability to drive and lead digital and integrated projects, bringing proactive solutions to the table to achieve project and client goals.

Lead and develop high-performing cross-functional project teams.

Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions.

Product thinking:

Ability to think strategically about the delivery of our digital products; translating our clients' business objectives into actionable project plans, and outlining and understanding user requirements.

Driven by a deep understanding of the products we build and manage for our clients, you are able to stay one step ahead of the client's requests by proactively suggesting improvements.

Client management:

Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and expectations, ensuring alignment with project outcomes.

Positive client feedback and satisfaction.

Strategic project planning:

Work closely with the client and the client teams to develop strategic digital solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.

Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in the digital landscape and recommend strategies for implementation.

Quality assurance:

Ensure thorough checking of work and proper management of teams to maintain high standards and meet client expectations in all digital projects.

Specific responsibilities:
Project leadership:

Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and facilitate collaboration to maximise team efficiency and productivity.

Effectively allocate and manage project resources, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and support to succeed.

Team management and leadership:

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.

Proactively identify and address conflicts within the team, fostering a constructive and solutions-oriented approach.

Proactively identify areas for improvement within our internal processes and take initiative to put these improvements into place.

Encourage open communication and collaborative decision-making within the project team.

Facilitate team discussions to resolve issues, address challenges, and drive consensus on project-related decisions.

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, both within the team and with external stakeholders.

Clearly articulate project goals, expectations, and updates, ensuring a shared understanding among all team members.

Budget management:

Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and resource allocations to ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising quality or client satisfaction.

Comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

Regular status reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders, including SLT members.

Possess a thorough understanding of digital technologies, tools, and platforms to effectively oversee project development, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital products.

This includes a familiarity with the fundamentals of system architecture, API interactions and frontend web development, as well as the technology stack we use at Daylight.
