About the role
Day to day you will be carrying out design work and supporting other members of the creative team across the full life cycle of a project, specializing in UX and UI design for digital experiences, in response to client and internal briefs. You'll be a part of a team that tells compelling stories through various channels – websites, animations, brands, user experiences, and digital content. About you
You're a seasoned designer hungry to shape the future of digital experiences. We're looking for a passionate UX/UI expert to join our team. Someone who thrives in collaboration, is eager to learn, and can bring fresh perspectives to every project. We seek a portfolio that's not just a showcase, but a compelling narrative of your design journey, demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design and a knack for creating intuitive, visually stunning interfaces.
Here's what you will bring to the table:
4+ years' experience designing for digital campaigns and experiences specializing in UX and UI.
Extensive experience with industry standard tools – Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
A proven track record of creating intuitive and beautifully designed interfaces .
Extensive experience in conceiving and designing exceptional user experiences for digital campaigns and websites, with a strong understanding of technical feasibility.
Demonstrate a strong ability to take UX/UI designs from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Direct client interaction experience with ability to understand and translate client vision into creative solutions and designed outputs, and present them.
Ability to motivate and support others in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
Strong track record of delivering projects efficiently and within budget.
Mentorship and leadership: Proven ability to guide and develop junior team members.
Large scale campaigns: Exposure to working with international brands and companies creating large volumes of campaign deliverables for media campaigns (e.g. Digital Banners).
