Senior Designer | World-class Blockchain InfrastructureResponsibilities
? Lead a collaborative design process from concept exploration to implementation.
? Work closely with internal teams to define the strategy and roadmap.
? Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively to UX Researchers & Designers, Product Managers, Marketing and Engineers.
? Help formulate the product vision of the company.
? Provide quality control over design outputs and production. Review of creatives to ensure alignment and coherence across channels and brand touchpoints (brand guidelines, attributes, values, etc).
? Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale verbally and visually.
? Present the user interface visually so information is easy to read, easy to understand, and easy to find.
? Market and promote products and features so users understand what they're getting and what the benefits are.
? Product Design (UI+UX) for web products - B2B dashboards, Landing Pages for marketing, etc.
? User Research - follow best practices for the target audience & derive insights to implement in functionally & strategically sound feature designs.
? Work closely with developers to ensure your designs are built to your specifications.
? Continue to expand knowledge of new design methods and technologies, as well as strengthen the current knowledge base.
? Build out, scale, and maintain design systems & brand books.
Required Skills and Qualifications
? 1+ year experience working in Blockchain and Web3 space. Preferably B2B companies.
? 3+ year experience in various visual design tools ie. Figma, Adobe PS, AI, AE & etc.
? A bachelor's degree in graphic design, computer science, human-computer interaction, psychology, or other relevant courses.
? Excellent in all aspects of design (product, graphics), and skilled in motion design, animation, and video editing.
? Strong written & verbal communication skills – able to explain your visual concepts and rationalize your decisions.
? Understands the creative process, how brands work and grow.
? Understands how people behave online, how memes work, etc.
? Understands core UX/UI design principles.
? Ability to rapidly generate and iterate ideas and execute them with attention to detail.
? Appetite to create best-in-class work on small scales (i.e. social posts, infographics, interaction design) as well as large.
? Ability to create design content (images, graphics, sketches, tables, motion graphics, and animations).
? Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines.
? Previous experience working and leading agile teams and collaborating closely with developers, copywriters, and UX designers.
