About the role: Our client boasts one of the top roading/highway design teams in New Zealand. Their Auckland-based transportation group is set to spearhead some of the most sought-after projects across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead road design for large-scale projects, focusing on construction efficiencies through expert use of OpenRoads
Contribute broadly to transportation project engineering, including drainage design
Serve as a key point of contact with clients
Mentor junior designers and support their professional development
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Expert knowledge of OpenRoads software
Ability to identify opportunities for increased project efficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player mentality
Knowledge of additional design software (e.g., 12D) is advantageous but not essential
