Senior Delivery Lead April 3, 2024 Our client, who are an industry leader in the energy sector are seeking a contract Senior Delivery Lead for a 9 month contract engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large transformational programme of work and join a dynamic and agile environment based in the city fringe. 

The role:

This leadership role is pivotal in promoting a culture of delivery excellence and high performance. You will oversee the management of a highly complex programme or work, from discovery through the design phase and business case construction. Additionally, you will empower multiple value streams across the business and possibly manage several smaller initiatives within the portfolio.

Key experience: Previous experience in the energy/utilities sector is essentialExperience in product development, programme management, or senior project leadership, with a strong focus on team coaching and facilitation.Proven track record in managing complex, full-stack enterprise-scale technology projects. Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills, able to manage ambiguity and contextual switch seamlessly.Demonstrated experience in lean agile ways of workingWe look forward to your application.
