Analysis & Reporting (Banking & Financial Services) Contract/Temp Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support reporting requirements within the Credit Risk department. This role involves data mapping, process analysis, and documentation to ensure seamless integration of new data attributes into our existing data models and reporting systems. Key Responsibilities: Data Mapping: Map new data attributes from source systems to existing data models in the data warehouse owned by Credit Risk. Analyze data flow from source systems to peripheral systems, identifying potential impacts on existing data models. Reporting Flow Mapping: Business Process Support: Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrate strong self-leadership by reaching out to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across different platforms and practices to gather necessary information. Documentation: Produce high-quality documentation of outcomes and requirements, ensuring alignment with BA Chapter artefacts. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or credit risk domain. Strong process mapping skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in quality documentation and requirement gathering.
