Why You'll Love This Role: Step into a vibrant and dynamic environment at Lagoon Pool and Leisure Centre! As a Senior Customer Care Specialist, you'll lead the reception team, ensuring top-notch customer service and smooth operations. This is a part time role offering 30 hours per week.
What You'll Do: Leading the Reception Team: Overseeing the reception team and ensuring their tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Assist with Recruitment and Onboarding: Take an active role in attracting, interviewing, and integrating new team members, ensuring they have a seamless and positive start within the organization.
Achieving Membership and Program Targets: Collaborating with line managers to set and achieve goals that drive membership growth and program success.
Monitoring and Reporting: Highlight the responsibility of monitoring and analysing financial performance, and reporting on income, expenditure, and net performance.
Handling Administrative Duties: Include tasks like till reconciliation, data entry, customer enrolments, and bookings, showcasing the role's organizational and multitasking skills.
What You Bring: Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience.
Exceptional Customer Service: The ability to provide outstanding service, addressing customer needs promptly and effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Adaptability: Being flexible and able to handle various tasks and challenges that arise in a dynamic work environment.
Analytical Skills: Monitoring and analysing performance metrics to support decision-making and reporting.
Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks, such as data entry, bookings, and till reconciliation, with accuracy and efficiency.
