In this role, youwill provide essential business, administrative support, and coordination tothe Online Delivery team, ensuring the seamless execution of our programs.Working closely with the National Delivery & Tauira Success leadershipteam, you will offer strategic support and advice to enhance the overallperformance of online delivery, contributing to the success of our tauira(students).
Mou (About you) The ideal person for this role is a highly organized and culturallyattuned individual with proven experience in office management andadministration, who excels in coordinating projects, demonstrates a strongcommitment to ahuatanga Maori, and is passionate about supporting the successof online education initiatives.
2+ years of provenexperience in office management/administration and customer service. Intermediate IT skills,including proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook). 2+ years of experience inproject management is advantageous. Able to understand and converse in te reo Maori (TARM Level 4 orequivalent qualification). As akaupapa Maori organisation, your willingness to participate in culturalactivities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture andtikanga) will be key.
