The total rewards team in digital delivery services plays a major role in helping our clients understand whether their salaries are equitable and competitive within the marketplace.
The team develops, communicates, and implements salary survey data for the inclusion of base pay, bonuses, and incentives in Korn Ferry's market leading rewards benchmarking database.
Key Responsibilities: Manages relationships with clients in Australia and New Zealand during the delivery period of total rewards and work measurement products and services Is expected to be able to deliver presentations, workshops and client trainings around product and services Takes part in / leads regional and global initiatives Follows processes to increase client satisfaction amongst the assigned accounts.
Takes action to improve client satisfaction if necessary Helps managing salary survey in New Zealand by closely working with a shared delivery service team (data collection, data analysis, client presentations etc) Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and identify possible answers Professional Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Min 5 years of relevant experience in consulting or other relevant jobs Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Being proactive, eager to be part of a global team to ensure excellent client experience Internal Mobility at Korn Ferry If you currently work for Korn Ferry or one of our affiliates, you must be eligible to apply for a different position within Korn Ferry to use the Careers Site.
