Key Responsibilities: Analyse benchmarks/KPI's & provide recommendations & insights for improvements Assist in the collection and reporting of industry pricing, costs, and market data Assist the finance & operations teams with financial budgets and forecasts Implement contract management processes and systems to ensure appropriate commercial oversight Assist in the tendering of contracts Collaborate and review operational plans/budgets Support commercial decision making through the provision of investment analysis, business cases, board papers and other bespoke reports Support ESG and other compliance reporting for the Horticulture sector Good working from home flexibility Tailored development plan The opportunity to be an integral part of a growing business Experience and Qualifications: A degree in accountancy, finance or agribusiness (preferred) Proven and relevant industry experience, 3-5 years in similar Strong financial modelling skills that ideally have been applied in horticulture or other primary sectors Exposure to large project feasibility, economic analysis and project development Proven financial management experience in monitoring and analysing Business case formulation and risk assessment for strategy related investments Experience in reviewing, negotiation and implementation of contracts Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and regularly meet deadlines in a dynamic and busy business environment About Craigmore Sustainables: We are a passionate team who work with global capital partners to build and manage more than 26,000 ha of farm, orchard and forest businesses in Aotearoa NZ.
