Senior Client Services Officer

Christian Savings are a leading financial institution investing and lending in ethical Christian initiatives that benefit and enhance the communities and charities they support. Currently, they are looking to appoint a Senior Client Services Officer to provide high-level customer service to their depositors and lending clients. This role potentially has leadership responsibilities for an experienced client services professional. The role: Supporting the client services team to provide an outstanding customer experience for all their clients. Supporting the client services manager to grow and develop the client services team. Championing the introduction of new technology and systems that are being used. Providing support to the client services team with onboarding processes of all new clients. Providing a range of administrative tasks to clients and ensuring AML/CFT obligations and all documentation requirements are satisfied. Maintaining client files and processing transactions within their financial software system. Reconciling bank transactions and ensuring payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Responding to client enquiries promptly via phone calls, emails, and at times face to face. Supporting and maintaining effective relationships with team members in Client Services and providing counsel to the senior management team where required. Building and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Leadership potential for someone with the experience and right attributes. The Person: Must live out the values of Christian Savings and contribute to a culture that provides true benefits to their clients and communities. Have experience within the banking and/or finance sector and knowledge of AML/CFT. Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a keen eye for detail and strong organisational capability.
