Senior Change Manager - Erp

Seeking a Senior Change Manager with experience leading Business and Technology change through ERP transformations. Onsite, 3-year contract in Christchurch.

What you will do:
As a Change Lead, you will be joining in the early planning stages of a large organisational transformation programme, tasked with leading the business through operational, process, and technology change, including ERP upgrade over the next 3 years.

Skills and experience we are looking for: At least 10 years in a dedicated Change Management capacity
Proven experience leading change through ERP transformation
Ability to reside and work in Christchurch for the duration of the programme
