Mo te turanga | About the role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will capture and document business requirements for critical Financial Crime technology and process changes.
In this role you will be collaborating closely with key Financial Crime stakeholders in Line 2, Operations and Technology platforms, to ensure their business needs are accurately captured.
You'll have an interest in documenting complex processes in a way that is easy to communicate to stakeholders and a passion for details.

Facilitate and develop a mutual understanding of business problems or opportunities, using efficient tools and documentation techniques.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders to fully understand and document their requirements.
Ability to dissect complex problems and identify solutions that can easily be understood by stakeholders.
Identifying and raising risks, issues, and dependencies swiftly and effectively.
Applying agile methodologies flexibly within project constraints to achieve optimal outcomes.
Building trust and alignment across diverse stakeholders, fostering a common understanding across defined problem areas.
Experience in AML, Financial Crime and Compliance is an advantage.
