Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Duty Manager to take on an exciting leadership role. In this position, you'll guide a dynamic team and help continue their mission to be the top venue in our vibrant hospitality scene.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the Bar, Restaurant, and Gaming team during your shifts
Ensure smooth, organized, and enjoyable shifts
Deliver an outstanding customer experience across the venue
Foster a positive and enthusiastic staff culture
Drive and promote current promotions
Collaborate on creating engaging and innovative ideas
About You:
Proven experience as a Duty Manager with strong leadership capabilities
Positive attitude and high energy and excellent customer service skills
Friendly and dedicated team player
Understanding of compliance requirements for alcohol and gaming venues
Ability to multitask effectively
Experience with Gaming and TAB is preferred; however, there will be training available
Enjoys interacting with people and contributing to a supportive team environment
