Senior Banking Operations Analyst -Back-End Corporate Treasury Operations.

Job PurposeOur client's Banking Operations Division oversees the company's payment and monitoring processes, manages banking accounts and agreements, and facilitates retail banking services. We are seeking a seasoned Treasury professional to join our banking operations team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Treasury banking operations and services, with a focus on systems, and a comprehensive understanding of Treasury transformation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in both Saudi Arabian and international markets.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily banking operations, including payments processing, fund transfers, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Ensure compliance with local and international standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.Drive continuous improvement of payment processes in line with Treasury digital transformation initiatives.Cultivate strong relationships with banking partners to streamline processes, resolve issues, and negotiate favorable terms.Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with banking activities, including fraud prevention and cybersecurity measures.Prepare reports on Treasury operations, performance, and key metrics to support strategic decision-making.Maintain the banking master database for all group bank accounts.Support internal departments and groups with new product development and implementation, as well as general Treasury and banking services inquiries.Education & RequirementsMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CTP.Proficiency in finance and treasury software and systems, including SAP and SWIFT messaging standards.12-15 years of experience in back-end corporate treasury operations.Understanding of the Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on Treasury operations preferred.Familiarity with Shariah Compliant Business Banking.Knowledge of digital transformation in banking and corporate Treasury.Ability to mentor staff in developing analytical skills and managing project delivery.Advanced proficiency in Excel and excellent presentation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
