Position Overview: As a Senior Architect, you'll lead the design, installation, and optimization of IT infrastructures and network solutions. Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with our technical team, you'll ensure our clients receive robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead IT infrastructure implementation, optimizing performance and security. Provide technical advice to clients, guiding them through complex IT challenges. Plan and implement managed services solutions aligned with industry best practices. Develop and manage cloud solutions, focusing primarily on the Microsoft technology stack. Design secure and scalable solutions that meet enterprise standards. Lead system integration projects to ensure seamless operation across IT systems. Implement and manage security solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Preferred Skills: Holds current Microsoft Certification in Azure & M365 Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent. Strong experience in system integration, solution design, cybersecurity, and cloud environments. Demonstrate experience in cloud migrations to Azure and other cloud platforms. Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. 7+ years of experience in IT services, proficient in Microsoft and Cisco systems.
