The contractor must have strong writing skills and the ability to work across the business to collect and analyse data that can be translated into a format to present to stakeholders. They will need to be able to work with numbers, large amounts of data, and spreadsheets. Candidates who have some form of policy background and a strong understanding of the machinery of government would be preferred. Investment planning, infrastructure, and asset management experience would be a bonus but not essential.Looking for:Strong writing skills and ability to develop written content for reports and presentationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with large amounts of data and information from different platformsAble to work with numbers and spreadsheetsInvestment planning experienceAble to work quickly and efficiently to achieve outputsPolicy background – experience working with ministers or in a minister's office would be usefulMachinery of governmentInfrastructure and asset management experienceDeliverables in line with the following:Data collation and analysis – working across the businessAnalyse, summarise and present financial and asset data in a format that is digestible for decision-makersDevelopment of presentation material to support processes and provide stakeholders with recommendations regarding infrastructure investmentPreparation of recommended investment programmesProvide written investment planning advice that links back to agreed strategic prioritiesStakeholder relationships – Collaborate with all business units and teams to build relationshipsFor enquiries, please email your CV in Word format to ****** and reference job number JA6290.
