The contractor must have strong writing skills and the ability to work across the business to collect and analyse data that can be translated into a format to present to stakeholders. They will need to be able to work with numbers, large amounts of data, and spreadsheets. Candidates who have some form of policy background and a strong understanding of the machinery of government would be preferred.
