Grow your ER career in a large, diverse and inclusive organisation.Supportive environment offering flexible arrangements.Salary – $118k - $143k.Fixed term full time for 6 months - Wellington based.As a Senior ER Advisor at MBIE, you will provide Employment Relations (ER) guidance, advice and support to our People and Culture team and the business. You will deliver high quality and pragmatic advice, working on ER cases and projects, policy and guidance to create people-centred, sustainable, and constructive outcomes aligned to MBIE's People Strategy.
You will collaborate with others and quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships across the People and Culture branch, internal stakeholders, and our union officials and delegates. You will support and lead work that is challenging, interesting and varied, with opportunities to develop your ideas in employment relations initiatives and further develop your career within MBIE.
