We're on the lookout for a Business Support Administrator to join our client's team in Auckland CBD and support Operations and Organisational Development teams. Work in the heart of Auckland CBD with the flexibility to work remotely by agreement. Be part of a team that values initiative, collaboration, and making a positive impact.
What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive admin support, including managing venue supplies.Own the service booking process, ensuring timely scheduling and updates.Manage office operations, from vehicle fleet administration to organising supplies and events.Assist with HR processes and maintain confidentiality.Support website content updates and internal communications.Help streamline Health & Safety processes and maintain compliance.What We're Looking For: Proven admin experience, ideally in operations or sales support.Exceptional time management and organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.A proactive, trustworthy team player with attention to detail.Experience in HR or Health & Safety is a bonus.Benefits and Perks:
