We are seeking two permanent Quality Administrators where you will conduct routine quality auditing and task reviews and present findings to the People Leader and Service Delivery Manager. This role supports The National Cervical Screening Programme.
This exciting role is based in Wellington Office working Monday – Friday.
Atu mo te mahi | About the role As a Quality Administrator, your key role is to drive quality excellence by implementing processes, training strategies, and initiatives across various programs. This involves auditing documentation and tasks, completing Failsafe reports, and ensuring NCSP process adherence. You report your findings to the People Leader and Service Delivery Manager for coaching, training, and quality improvement.
The day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to: Provide training as required and develop training materials to promote best practice work processesDevelop reports and offer recommendations based on incident analysisConduct audits on work tasks from the National Cervical Screening Programme's processes and proceduresCreate and deliver reporting and analysis of audit trends and insights through the quality review processPehea koe | About you Skills and Competence Proficiency in the audit process, with the ability to document outcomesCompetence in role modelling and teaching database useConfidently able to provide appropriate coaching recommendationsAdaptability to navigate and support change management initiativesProven ability to contribute to process and service delivery improvementAbility to work collaboratively across the team to drive service performance through coaching based on daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicatorsCapability to support ongoing service improvements in alignment with other business needsIf you're excited about this role and think you have what it takes, but your experience doesn't align 100%, we still want to hear from you and would encourage you to apply.
