As the Organisation Support Specialist, you'll have a pivotal role in Te Kahui Tika Tangata | Human Rights Commission's Wellington office, ensuring everything runs seamlessly for our team, commissioners, and visitors alike.
In this role, you'll provide essential support across office administration, tech troubleshooting, and welcoming new colleagues. From coordinating office maintenance to organising meetings, events, and travel arrangements, this role is vital to maintaining a productive and positive work environment. You'll also take charge of wellbeing, health & safety initiatives, and extend manaakitanga to our guests, creating a space where everyone feels valued and belongs.
This position is perfect for someone only interested in a part-time opportunity, with a commitment of 20 hours per week.
