Senior Accountant

Reporting into the Financial Controller, the Senior Accountant will be a part of close-knot and high performing team. Key responsibilities:Taking charge of preparing financial statements for the annual report and coordinating the external audit process.Supervising monthly, yearly, and other financial reports for both internal and external purposes.Managing the reconciliation process and ensuring accurate outcomes.Offering technical guidance on financial accounting and appropriation matters across finance and business operations.Mentoring and coaching the team to foster talent and strengthen their ability to achieve results.A bit about you:CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).Experience working in the public sector.Strong financial reporting experience and a meticulous attention to detail.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.For additional information please email ****** Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
