About the Role
This role offers a high variation of work, including reviewing and advisory work, aside from only compliance work. Experience in advisory work is not essential, however would be beneficial towards the role. You will be working directly with clients, to provide strategic business support and assist them to meet their business needs. The role involves developing and retaining strong client relationships through quality advice and services. The firm is seeking someone who is motivated and has an internal drive to succeed in their role. They are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, who has experience in supporting junior staff to develop in their role.
Key Responsibilities
This role includes but is not limited to:
Providing business, tax, and accounting support to clients Building and developing quality client relationships Financial forecasting Reviewing and advisory work Identifying opportunities for internal collaboration on client engagements Reviewing monthly and annual financial statements Requirements Tertiary qualification in accounting Completed CA/CPA is advantageous but not required 5+ years' experience in accounting Experience in coaching or mentoring junior staff Driven to succeed Strong interpersonal skills Xero and Excel experience How to Apply
