The Senior Accountant role has an indicative salary range between 80-95k and the Accounting Manager position between 95-113k.Both positions are extremely hands-on and would involve a combination of the following:Management of workflow and review of client filesPreparation of financial statements, taxation returns, and providing technical accounting adviceValue-added work such as financial systems improvement work, management accounting, and ad-hoc project workAssisting clients with general business requirementsPrior NZ chartered accountancy experience is highly sought after; however, you may also be in a commercial accounting role and looking to step back into the practice environment. Holding a CA accounting qualification would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite, and those that are yet to start or are partway through their CA journey will be considered.This is an exciting time to join this leading Hawkes Bay firm!
