Security Operations Co Ordinator

Allied Security is a privately owned, nationwide company delivering security services to a wide range of customers for over 28 years.This role will have responsibility for coordinating our operational delivery in Wellington, covering operations in some key portfolios.Experience in managing staff is preferred; however, we will also consider people looking to take their first step into management.The successful applicant will be providing and developing skills in the following areas:Roster ManagementSecurity Industry KnowledgeClient Liaison and ManagementTraining and DevelopmentIdeal applicants should have the following:Customer Service ExperienceSecurity License or ability to obtain one (no criminal convictions in last 7 years)High Level of Personal PresentationAbility to work in a wider team of a dynamic fast-moving businessRelevant Computer SkillsExcellent Communication SkillsNZ Drivers LicenseBe Active and Physically MobileAbility to Maintain and Develop Stakeholder RelationsFull training, NZQA qualifications, and career advancement opportunities will be provided.Successful applicants will be contacted for an interview.All applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand and not require a work visa application.
