Sausage Sizzle Fundraiser

Are you a master on the BBQ or handy with the tomato sauce and/or with money handling? The West Auckland Plunket Team is organizing a Sausage Sizzle Fundraiser to raise a much-needed fund that will enable us to continue providing our free Community Services such as the Titirangi Plunket Playgroups, coffee groups, other parent's groups, and other types of support for whanau.
Date: Saturday, 2 November 2024
Venue: Bunnings Warehouse New Lynn, 2/12 Titirangi Road, New Lynn, Auckland 0600
Time: 9am – 3pm
Number of shifts: 3 (9am - 11am, 11am – 1pm & 1pm – 3pm), you can do more than one shift if you prefer. We are in urgent need of manpower and hope that you are able to give us a couple of hours of your time. Whether you are able to cook sausages, serve customers, or handle money, we need you.
Requirements:
You need to be 16 years old or over. If you are under 16, you need to be accompanied by an adult. You need to have good communication skills, awareness of Health & Safety around food handling, and you need to be committed.
Time commitment:
Saturday, 2nd November 2024. We are looking for people to do 2-4 hour shifts between 9am - 3pm. Just get in touch and let us know what time you are available.
