In this role, you'll have the opportunity drive innovation in this space and guide solutions to help our Wholesale network do better at feeding NZ! As a senior member of the team and a Leader, you'll also empower and mentor other members of the team including a squad of Support resources.Key responsibilities of this role include:-Partnering with Business Process Owner (BPO's) and stakeholders to provide thought leadership in your area of expertise - SAP EWM end to end.-Set clear team and individual goals and overseeing day-to-day operation of the assigned applications and services.-Contribute IT domain expertise to the development and implementation of SAP EWM strategies that improve operational resilience across Foodstuffs North Island.-Define the roadmap for technology components of up-to-date SAP solutions and related processes to deliver value and help reduce P1 and P2 level incidents.-Manage the design and support of optimised SAP EWM, delivering ongoing and incremental benefits to Foodstuffs and its Wholesale division – with a focus on Service accuracy & quality as well as operational efficiency.-Lead and deliver a best-in-class support and analytical function.-Use expertise and judgment to select stakeholders to determine the right goals, inform decisions, and design long-term solutions.About youYou'll bring with you strong experience in the retail industry working with SAP EWM and be enthusiastic and passionate about SAP solutions that solve business problems. You'll have a balance of technical skills and wholesale business knowledge giving you the ability to partner with the business, making you an excellent communicator and relationship builder.
