We are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to play a pivotal role in managing their CRM and ERP systems.

The Role As our Salesforce Administrator, you will: Configure, maintain, and support Salesforce CRM and ERP systems.
Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and other critical business applications.
Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, including Active Directory integration.
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to optimize business processes.
Provide training and support to end-users across the organization.
Implement data quality measures and ensure data integrity.
Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend new features for adoption.
Your Profile To succeed in this role, you will need: Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems.
Experience with system integrations and API management.
Familiarity with Active Directory and SSO technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
