Position Overview:
Flexicube NZ is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Consultant with a primary focus on managing inbound sales inquiries, ensuring a seamless and supportive customer experience. In addition to inbound sales, this role will involve business development activities to support strategic growth in B2C, B2B, and government sectors. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, a proven track record in customer relationship management, and an interest in sustainable housing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales Management: Engage with and nurture incoming sales leads, guiding potential customers through their journey from inquiry to purchase.
Provide knowledgeable support, addressing customer questions and matching Flexicube products to their specific needs.
Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding service, setting Flexicube apart as a leader in customer care.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning, ensuring Flexicube remains at the forefront of the modular housing market.
Provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer needs and market demands.
Collaborate on growth strategies to develop and manage a steady pipeline of new leads from B2B, B2C, and government sectors.
Work proactively on outbound lead generation, identifying potential business partners and opportunities for Flexicube's modular housing solutions.
Execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, meeting or exceeding company targets.
Identify opportunities to expand Flexicube's reach and impact through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client relationships.
Partnership Development: Support strategic partnerships by building relationships with real estate developers, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate on contract negotiations, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes that support Flexicube's goals.
Brand & Marketing Strategy Support: Work alongside the marketing team to implement campaigns that enhance Flexicube's brand presence and attract new customers.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings to represent Flexicube, fostering brand visibility and community connections.
Customer Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining robust relationships with clients throughout the sales process and post-purchase experience.
Gather client feedback to continually improve Flexicube's offerings and customer experience.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on inbound sales activities, conversion rates, and business development efforts.
Leverage data to assess sales strategies, providing insights and suggestions to improve processes and outcomes.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and finance, ensuring all departments are aligned in support of Flexicube's growth objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales, business development, or related role, with a focus on managing inbound leads.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.
Strong knowledge of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.

As a successful applicant, you can expect to earn a base salary plus uncapped commission with on-target earnings (OTE) of $160,000.
