We're on the hunt for a creative Marketing & Sales Support superstar to join our fabulous team at AMPED in Albany!If you're looking to combine your love for snow sports and travel with a dynamic career, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.ABOUT THE ROLE:In this exciting role, your primary focus will be to meticulously plan and execute our 'Snow Holiday' marketing campaigns.
You'll be responsible for crafting and managing marketing strategies to promote our ski travel experiences, while also supporting our sales team with daily product management and pricing tasks.
Customer service is key, so you'll help maintain our high standard of customer management, ensuring our clients' dreams of the perfect winter holiday come to life.Note: This is a full-time role Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.00pm.WHAT WE OFFER:A dynamic work environment in a growing ski travel businessA fun and supportive team in an awesome office near Albany MallThe opportunity to work with world-class ski resorts and discounted travel perksA fantastic boss who will mentor and help fast-track your career in this exciting industryKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute our 'Snow Holiday' marketing plansSupport the sales channel by managing product and pricing updatesAssist with day-to-day customer management tasksEnsure smooth, efficient office operations and contribute to system improvements.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:A passion for winter sports – whether you're a skier or snowboarder!Marketing expertise – including experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, digital ads).Content creation skills – skillset to craft engaging, persuasive content for marketing materials, social posts, and client communications.Analytical mindset – experience using marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Strong written English and professional business communication skills.Working knowledge of the New Zealand travel industry.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with familiarity in marketing tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar.Professional telephone manner and excellent personal presentationWhy AMPED?At AMPED, everyone matters!
