About the role:The Marketing Manager role is a broad marketing role supporting the Senior Marketing and Campaigns Manager with an array of marketing activities for New Zealand based schools, brands and products.The role will encompass brand development and roll out, content creation, event management, collateral and sales support development, and management of all email and automation elements.The role requires the ability to multi-task as you will be working on multiple projects at once. You will also need excellent project and production management skills, a keen creative eye, analytical ability, and the ability to build close relationships with our team's core stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute end to end marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Senior Marketing and Campaigns ManagerContent creationManage the social media calendar and community engagementManage the creation and roll out of branded elements across the portfolioAssist in designing or briefing creative for print, digital and OOH marketing assetsSupport the Web Content team with website updates and copywritingCreate exciting nurture email campaigns to potential and existing studentsHelp coordinate and execute key events like open days and exposAbout you:At least 4 years' worth of marketing experience and excel at multitaskingProven background creating, managing, and implementing campaignsExperience managing social media pages, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedInStrong copywriting skills with the ability to adjust tone of voice depending on the brandComfortable adding your creative brilliance to projectsSkilled in assessing and providing feedback on creative conceptsEffective in liaising with the sales team and business units for key marketing elementsAbility to forge strong relationships with core stakeholders: campus staff, sales staff, and financeCampaign analysis skillsExperience in the following preferred but not essential: Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Marketo or similar marketing automation platform, CMS experience, Meta Business SuiteWho we are:UP Education is a leading Australasian dual-sector education group, delivering foundation, vocational and higher education to domestic and international students.
