Bring your proven risk management and workshop facilitation experience to a multiskilled team in a new role you can grow and make your own. Mo tenei turanga - About the role: Reporting to the National Manager Assurance and Risk, the Risk Specialist will be responsible for supporting the facilitation of risk management, using a range of risk reporting and tools to enable risk management to be embedded within the organisation. You will facilitate workshops to share information across a wide audience. You will work with tier 3 managers to create operational risk profiles, ensure oversight of risk management forums, and develop operational risk reporting. You will also provide key insights across the risk landscape connecting the operational risks up to the enterprise and strategic risk layers.
