Timely and SalonBiz serve over 24,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals. Together we make up EverWell, an EverCommerce vertical. Our Revenue and Business Operations Lead is accountable for driving revenue growth by fostering collaboration and alignment between teams, optimising processes, tools and systems - and enhancing revenue streams. Your purpose is to partner with our customer-facing teams so they can engage seamlessly with our customers.
Your mission is to drive revenue process optimisation right across the customer journey (from lead generation to customer support and retention), ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives and maintain business-critical operations. You will do this while empowering our customer-facing teams with the go-to-market tools, insights, and best practices needed to achieve their targets.
As the Team Lead, you are also responsible for providing leadership, setting strategic direction, and overseeing the overall operations of your team. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Business Operations and Performance, EverWell leaders and their teams.
Who you are:
Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building and empowering high-performing teams.
Passionate about optimising ROI, you ensure that prioritisation is driven by clear, measurable benefits that enhance revenue growth and reduce customer acquisition costs.
Proven experience in leading change management and process improvement within revenue operations, sales operations or business operations.
Expert-level knowledge of go-to-market tools and automation technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, Chargify and Zapier (or similar).
Strong foundation of analytical, operational, problem solving, planning, time management, and project management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
