Your background may include roles as a store manager or night manager in supermarkets, DIY stores, discount stores, or similar retail environments.For the ambitious and dedicated individual, there is ample opportunity for career progression within the organisation, particularly for those who exhibit a passion and commitment to the position and company.This position offers a competitive salary of up to £32,000 for the right candidate, complemented by a night allowance of £6,400 and a generous 12% annual bonus.
