Join Our Team as a Retail Assistant!We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our Tech Store in Papamoa & Tauranga Crossing stores.Responsibilities:Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.Provide quality service to customers and ensure that they have the best possible experience.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.Achieve agreed upon personal and retail targets & KPI's within schedule.Manage customer complaints and escalate to management if required.Perform tasks as per Company guidelines.Upsell & Cross-sell products and services where possible.Qualifications:To make your application POP!
