Restaurant Operations Manager (2 Positions)We are seeking two skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Managers to join our team and manage our restaurant operations. The successful candidates will be crucial in overseeing daily restaurant activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to meet operational goals. These positions require coverage for both morning/lunch and dinner shifts.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all aspects of daily restaurant operations.Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff members to ensure smooth operations.Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.Ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.Develop, implement, and review operational procedures to enhance efficiency.Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately.Perform hospitality duties as needed, including interacting with customers and managing front-of-house operations.Assume Duty Manager responsibilities as required, ensuring compliance with all legal and operational standards.Location: 84 Lakefront Drive, Te Anau (The Moose Bar and Restaurant)Opening Hours: 9 AM to 1 AMShift Requirements:Two Restaurant Operations Managers are needed:One for the morning/lunch shiftOne for the dinner shiftMinimum Hours of Work: 30 hours per weekSalary Range: $31.00 per hourOther Perks:Accommodation supportOn-shift mealsOpportunities for upskillingProgressive career development within the companyMinimum Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:Proven experience in a similar management role within the restaurant industry.Strong leadership abilities with effective team management skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.LCQ (Liquor Control Qualification) is preferred; however, it can be obtained if not already held.Experience in cash management and handling.Full training will be provided to the successful candidates to ensure their success in the role.Application Instructions: Please submit your application, including a detailed resume and cover letter, by 15th September 2024 to ******.
