Job Tasks, Responsibilities, and Experience: A minimum of 1 year Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager experience
Management of staff and staff rosters
Management of stock, rotation of stock, and ordering of stock from suppliers
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, and Email
Experience in Point of Sale Software will be an advantage
Must be able to work on a rotating roster, weekends & public holidays
Current Managers Certificate will be an advantage
