Be at the forefront of hospitality
Balanced life – You will have every Sunday and Monday off. Work 40 hours per week between Tuesday-Saturday evenings.
Senior role with responsibilities and autonomy:
In the role you will be responsible for mentoring and managing the day-to-day operations of the Foh side of the business, you will work closely with an executive chef/owner to create something unique and truly special.

You will be well versed in what it takes to run a venue that meets and exceeds its targets and has a great understanding of managing Wage costs, Cogs and business generation.
With your passion for hospitality, you will have immersed yourself in current dining trends around the world, you will have the experience and the desire to lead the way.
You will have had at least 5 years experience in a similar role and have experience overseas and in New Zealand.
You will be familiar with the Wellington hospitality scene and ideally have experience working in a well known wine region. 
Qualifications:
You must hold the following qualifications or similar to apply:
Introductory Sake Professional Sommelier or higher
At least WSET II or higher
CMS I
CSW
Masters in Professional Studies; with emphasis in Hospitality
Bachelors in Hospitality and Restaurant Administration; with emphasis in Food and Beverage Management
Have completed a Post-Crisis Hospitality Management Certificate
LCQ and manager's certificate in New Zealand.
