Restaurant Manager In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Maintaining liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory, and reordering supplies.
Hiring and training staff.
Creating effective schedules.
Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation.
Supporting owners with the day-to-day operations.
Delivering on sales.
Ensuring customer feedback is positive and working on resolving customer issues.
Applicants must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as the role requires. We have zero tolerance for substance abuse. You must consent to undergo a mandatory drug test and pre-employment police check.
It's a permanent full-time position and will be paid $30-$32 p/hr, depending upon experience. If you meet this criteria, knowledge, and experience, we would love to hear from you.
