Your expertise will range from median to large residential development projects from tender to completion, with a particular focus on multi-storey, multi-units, multi-terrace, group housing, and low-rise apartment builds.About the Role:Knowledge in organizing and preparing complete tender sets of construction documents for residential projects.Ability to provide measures of material and labour requirements from supplied contract and tender documents.Ability to manage NZS3910, 3915, 3916 Contracts.Ability to produce accurate and detailed construction programmes.Ability to financially manage and support completion of the project within designated budgets.Ability to provide back costing reports.Ideally, you will be:Experienced in the residential industry for at least 2 years.Experienced in residential construction materials and sub-trades.Proficient in CostX and MS Package software.Proactive, hardworking, punctual, reliable with honest work ethics.Sound understanding of NZ Construction & Building Materials.Possess excellent communication skills.A NZ Resident or holder of a valid New Zealand Work Visa.Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.A team player who can take and follow instructions accurately.In return, we will offer:Opportunities for professional development.A permanent full-time contract with an attractive salary and benefits.Payment for overtime hours.A commission system (T&C).Visa support if needed.Keeping in mind this is a permanent full-time role; therefore, the hours will be steady as will the workflow.
