The RoleWe are in the market for an outstanding Resident Services Manager to be the first point of contact for a high-end apartment complex in Wellington. In this role you'll engage with apartment owners, liaise with contractors, and ensure common areas are well presented. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, with some additional hours required from time to time.
Key Tasks

Regular and effective resident communications
Ensure the presentation and appearance of the apartment complex is always of a high standard
Contractor liaison – key service, providing access, health and safety vetting
Build a culture of community with the apartment complex
Courier parcel handling
Work with the Facilities Manager for effective management and maintenance of building services and contractor management
Review contractor invoices for payment in line with budget and work requested
Prepare meeting reports and attend quarterly Body Corporate meetings
Understand and support the engagement with the Body Corporate Committee, Developer, and LTM
Ensure requirements of the management agreement between LTM and the Body Corporate are met
Regular reporting to Facilities Manager

Attributes you'll need to demonstrate

An "extraordinaire" in customer service
Strong work ethic and able to work autonomously
Strong communications skills, written and verbal
Attention to detail
Resilient and ability to drive resolutions
Formal qualification in property or event management would be an advantage

Experience

Proven success in a high performing customer service role
Minimum two years' in an administrative role
Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Buildings/Property experience would be good, but not a deal breaker
Project and/or event management experience would be an advantage
