This organisation is a leading New Zealand owned construction company that places a strong focus on providing a supportive, positive and inclusive work culture. They are currently on the lookout for a Resident Services Manager for their high-end apartments based in West Auckland.
About the role: This is a full-time permanent role, standard business hours Mon to Fri. Your day will be super busy and filled with juggling multiple tasks.
Be the first point of contact for the residents. Creating a community-like feel for the residents with your presence onsite and regular communications. Ensuring the presentation of the property is of an immaculate standard. Liaising with the construction team on defects and warranty items in apartments. Managing contractors and service providers on site (for example, cleaners, security, window cleaners, landscaping, air conditioning etc.). Ensure quality, safety and compliance targets are met. Oversee project-based work including fit-outs and refurbishments. Coordinating with the Facilities Manager on planned maintenance and reactive maintenance activities, including clear documentation of such and seamless operations. About you: Previous customer service, property, facilities or customer service focused experience. Highly customer focused & great interpersonal skills. A genuine can-do attitude and practical approach. Strong and proactive communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Technically savvy with intermediate to advanced Office Suite skills. In return: Competitive salary. Career progression and development.
